WINE LIST
OUR MISSION
“Life’s too short for boring wine”
The wines of Italy are as diverse as the people who make them. Village to village there are different dialects, each characterized by dramatically different cuisines. The wines follow suit with literally thousands of indigenous varietals growing all over the country.
At Gusto, we seek to highlight small family run vineyards and producers who use organic and sustainable farming practices. We want you to experience something new, exciting, and delicious.
We have intentionally priced our wines at a level much lower than typically seen in restaurants because we believe that every table should have an incredible bottle on it. We welcome you to a new more accessible dining out experience.
Ask any of our talented team to suggest a bottle that maybe you’ve never tasted before. We promise you won’t be disappointed.
