This website and other methods of communication are owned and operated by Cholon Modern Asian. Cholon Modern Asian has developed certain marks, taglines, and logos to identify the restaurant. These marks have been registered in the U.S. and we reserve all rights to their use. Unauthorized use of the marks is a violation of trademark laws of the U.S. and is subject to legal action and penalties as provided by law.
General
Periodically, we perform site maintenance activities that may disrupt the normal operations of the site. Our goal is to perform routine maintenance during non-peak hours; however, occasionally unforeseen interruptions occur to normal operation of the site. We are committed to correcting these as soon as possible.
Email
Cholon Modern Asian distributes e-newsletters via email. We also may occasionally send email announcements regarding new services and information. These email messages may be sent to website visitors who have provided an email address and have indicated a desire to receive such announcements.
All broadcast e-newsletters and email messages give individuals the ability to “opt out” of receiving similar future email announcements. Email addresses collected from members and/or through our website are not sold to third parties.
